RDS (Radio Data System) encoder

The RDS Encoder allows your FM radio station to transmit digital text and data alongside your regular audio broadcast. Listeners with RDS-compatible receivers — including nearly all modern car radios — will automatically see your station name (PS), scrolling messages (RadioText), program type (PTY), and other station identification data on their display screen.

The RDS Encoder is designed to work seamlessly as part of your broadcast chain: it connects between your audio source and your FM transmitter, injecting the RDS subcarrier signal without affecting audio quality. It is compatible with our full lineup of FM transmitters, from compact 1U units to high-power 5U and cabinet transmitters, making it easy to add professional station branding to any existing setup.
