Overview
The High Power 10kW FM Transmitter, available also at 12 kW power level, combines a very compact size (28" RU) with the most innovative technologies in terms of efficiency, costs and maintenance. A reliable solution, performing ease of use, high reliability and simple control. This high efficiency 10KW amplifier has an approximate consumption of 13600VA, so it pays for itself in a short period of time due to its low consumption.
Performance & Technology
RS-10kW is engineered to deliver superior sound quality your audiences will love. With the direct-to-channel digital modulator and built-in sound processor, it will ensure perfect audio fidelity. The DSP microprocessor allows the digital processing of the audio signal, giving higher audio quality and less distortion.
High Efficiency Design
Very high efficiency, more than 75% for a complete 10 kW transmitter, thanks to the latest LDMOS technology for power modules and Ultra High RF efficiency (>80% typ.) software optimized for each power level. This design achieves the lowest weight and dimensions in the industry, with lower device heating, lower room heating, lower space occupied and lower maintenance needed. Small dimensions and low weight reduce transportation costs and simplify logistics, resulting in longer component lifespan, reduced electricity costs, lower maintenance costs, reduced cooling costs and fewer fans.
Modular Architecture
RS Superior Modular Philosophy allows relevant advantages: the entire system benefits from the optimum characteristics of the base module VL Amplifier. Each VL Amplifier is a complete functioning module with its own power supply, ventilation, control logic and output filter. Each module can be connected and installed or tested as a single amplifier, and a single VL Amplifier can be put on air as back-up of a bigger transmitter.

Audio & Smart Features
Directly feed the transmitter from the audio processor with a digital MPX signal sampled at 192kHz and enjoy pristine audio quality and seamless integration with modern digital studios. The support of MPX over AES ensures optimal signal transport and future-proof performance.
